Horrific experience dealing with this company. Outdoor blinds to be installed last November. Damaged goods on 2 shipments. Asked for my money back but NO as it was a custom made order. Kept on waiting. was supposed to install 1 blind and order the other on another shipment. Then they said after looking further into the container, the other one was damaged too. Why were they not in the same package???? They didn't contact me when they found out. I had to phone them the next day to ask when my 1 blind was going to be installed. I was then told it was damaged too so I could get a refund. By this time I said I would wait for the blinds. Then they said they wanted to come out and re-measure. I said my patio measurements hadn't changed since the two measurements that were taken back in August last year. They wouldn't order me any more and said I had to have a refund. So nearly 6 months later I am back to square 1 and getting quotes again. This time I will use a reputable company. DISGUSTING WITH THE SERVICE AND NON COMMUNICATION.
